Day 1
Welcome to Cilento
- Our tour starts at the train station in Centola-Palinuro-Marina di Camerota, where you will meet with our guide (not later than 15.00). Then you will be transferred by private bus (about 20 minutes travel) to the hotel in Marina di Camerota, a charming town on the Cilento Coast. Here, crystal-clear waters meet rugged cliffs and hidden coves

Stage 1 (7 km)
- Breakfast
- Today’s hike starts from the hotel. The trail features Mediterranean scrub, hidden coves, sea caves, and ancient watchtowers. The trail is of easy/moderate difficulty (approx. 7 km) and rewards you with unspoiled nature, spectacular landscapes, opportunities to relax on beautiful beaches, and swim in pristine waters.

- Boat tour back to the village, exploring the coastline from the sea, and discovering spectacular caves along the way
- Free time: unwind with a stretching session on the beach near the hotel, take a refreshing swim in the hotel pool, enjoy a stroll through the town, savor a coffee or gelato at a charming local café, or indulge in a wine tasting experience
- Dinner at a charming local pizzeria, enjoying delicious pizza with a stunning sea view

Stage 2 (6 km)
- After breakfast, you will be transferred to the starting point (about 20 min travel)
- Today’s hike is a loop of moderate difficulty (approx. 6 km). It features ancient Saracen watchtowers and spectacular views from sea cliffs.
- Picnic lunch at a panoramic spot
- Free time: unwind on the local beach, take a refreshing swim in the sparkling blue waters, or enjoy a coffee or aperitivo at a charming seaside bar
- Transfer to the hotel
- Free time: unwind with a stretching session on the beach near the hotel, take a refreshing swim in the hotel pool, enjoy a stroll through the town, savor a gelato at a charming local café, or indulge in a wine tasting experience
- Cooking class at the hotel: an immersive and hands-on experience where participants will not only watch the chef’s demonstration but also have the opportunity to try their hand at preparing a local dish themselves. - Today’s hike is challenging (approx. 10 km) in one of the most spectacular and wildest natural landscapes of the Mediterranean. The trail offers breathtaking coastal views, wild beaches, lush natural scenery, and ancient mule tracks once used by fishermen and shepherds. The spectacular landscapes and opportunities to swim in pristine waters make the effort well worth it.
