Hike & Slice Experience – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Agreement
By booking the Hike & Slice Experience with us, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is binding upon confirmation of the booking, whether done online, by phone, or in person. Full payment is required to secure your spot.

2. Participant Responsibility

• All participants must be in good health and have a basic level of physical fitness.

• Minimum age 18 years.

• Participants must follow all instructions given by the guide for their own safety and that of others.

• Disregarding safety instructions may result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.

3. Equipment Care
All equipment provided must be treated with respect and returned in the same condition it was received. Damaged or lost items due to negligence may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

4. Route and Weather Conditions
The guide may alter the planned route at any time due to weather or environmental-related factors. In case of strong wind or unsafe conditions, the guide may change the tour location or cancel the activity for safety reasons.

5. Cancellation Policy

• By Participant:

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund

  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

• By Organizer:

  • In the event of unsafe conditions, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

6. Liability
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities that are beyond the guide’s control.
