About Trosa
Trosa is a charming coastal town in Sörmland, about an hour south of Stockholm. Often called “The End of the World” because the main street ends at the water, Trosa has a rich history as a fishing village dating back to the 14th century. Trosa is a great summer destination, known for its picturesque harbor, colorful wooden houses, calm canals, and stunning archipelago.

Who is this tour for?

Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Ability to swim
- Maximum weight 120 kg
- Good health and a basic level of physical fitness
Duration
The total duration is 2.5 hours. Approximately 2 hours (including breaks) will be spent on the water. An additional 30 minutes are allocated for a basic paddling technique demonstration, safety briefing, and warm-up.

This tour can occur during June, July 1-10, August 20-31, and September 1-26. Contact us to book this tour, spots are limited.

What to Bring
- Swimsuit, training clothes or quick-dry clothes
- Towel, a change of clothes, a light wind jacket and clothes according to the weather
- Sun cream, cap, and a bottle of water (recommended at least 1 liter)
- Water shoes or sandals
- Snack or light food, and your preferred warm drink (coffee, tea, etc.)
