TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Booking Agreement

By paying the deposit, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is binding upon confirmation of the booking, whether made online, by phone, or in person.

Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date. Failure to pay the balance on time may be treated as a cancellation by the traveler.

Tour Confirmation

The tour is guaranteed and confirmed 60 days before the tour start date.

If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not reached by this date, the tour will be canceled and all participants will receive a full refund (100%) of all payments made.

Once confirmed, the tour will operate regardless of the number of participants.

Flights and Transportation

Flights and any other transportation services not explicitly listed in the section “What’s included in this tour” are not included in the tour package and remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.

The tour begins at the designated meeting point at the destination.

We recommend booking flights and other transport arrangements only after the tour has been confirmed (60 days before the tour start date). If travel arrangements are made earlier, participants are strongly advised to purchase flexible or refundable tickets or appropriate travel insurance, as the organizer cannot be held responsible for such costs.

Cancellation by the Traveler

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 60 days or more before the tour start date: Loss of deposit (10%)
  • 59 to 30 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged
  • 29 to 15 days before the tour start date: 80% of the total tour cost will be charged (20% refunded)
  • 14 days or less before the tour start date, or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (no refund)

Transfer of Booking

The traveler may transfer the package travel to another person who satisfies all applicable conditions, provided reasonable notice is given before the start of the tour. Any additional costs incurred due to the transfer may be charged to the traveler.

Damaged or lost equipment due to negligence may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

Route and Weather Conditions

The guide reserves the right to modify the planned route, schedule, or activities at any time due to weather, environmental conditions, or other safety considerations.

If conditions are deemed unsafe, the tour may be modified, relocated, or canceled.

  • circumstances beyond its control
  • actions or omissions of the traveler
  • third-party services not included in the tour package

Complaints and Claims

Any issues or deficiencies experienced during the tour must be reported immediately to the guide or organizer so that corrective action can be taken. If a complaint is not reported during the tour, and the organizer has not been given the opportunity to resolve the issue, the traveler can not demand any compensation afterward. If the traveler is not satisfied with the resolution provided during the tour, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 14 days after returning home.
